Services

We’ll start with a conversation—no pressure, just a chance to hear what’s on your mind. Then I’ll learn more about your organization’s X’s and O’s: whatever helps me understand where things stand.

From there, we’ll define a Scope of Work together. You don’t have to know all the answers upfront. We can stagger the work in stages.

Not every org needs the same kind of help. Some are short on staff, others on clarity, others on time.

Here are four ways I often work with clients

Do the Work FOR You

Sometimes you just need someone to take the reins.

Examples:
– Write a compelling grant proposal
– Facilitate a strategic planning retreat
– Lead a board training on fundraising

Do the Work WITH You

We collaborate closely to shape strategy, create tools, or deliver a shared goal — while building your internal capacity for the future along the way.

Examples:
– Co-facilitate a workshop to determine the organization’s Values. – Jointly lead a strategic planning retreat
– Partner with your development lead to revise the fundraising strategy

Counsel or Coach Leadership

Here, I’m not doing the work myself — I’m guiding you through it. I offer clear counsel, honest feedback, and practical frameworks that help your leadership team move forward with confidence.

Examples:
– Advise an Executive Director on managing a struggling board
– Coach a senior team on realigning staff roles and priorities
– Help a CEO think through a new funding model

Step In as Interim CEO or Senior Leader

When an organization faces a leadership gap, I can step in to provide steady hands and seasoned guidance — while supporting your board or search firm through the transition.

Examples:
– Lead the organization as Interim CEO during an executive search
– Serve temporarily in a senior strategy or external affairs role
– Stabilize team morale and clarify direction during uncertainty
